  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Delays

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Trends4Ya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item so we can review your request.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped, when available.
